Privacy

This covers this website: what it collects, why, who else sees it, and how to stop it. It is written against what the site actually does, so it is short — a marketing site that stores nothing does not need ten pages to say so.

Your name, work email, company, how many locations you run, what you are asking about, and any note you add.

Sent to our team’s Slack. This website has no database and stores none of it.

How you arrived

The page you first landed on, the page the form was on, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters or ad-click identifiers in the link you clicked. Your browser keeps the first page for the length of the visit, and it leaves only inside a form you send.

Why
So we know which pages and which advertisements are worth keeping. When a conversation turns into a customer, we may report that click back to the ad platform it came from; we run no advertising pixel on this site.

What you did on the page

Pages viewed, buttons clicked, and a replay of the page as you used it — with every form field masked, so what you typed is not in the recording.

Reading where people stop is the only way a site this small can be improved honestly.

Your IP address and email, briefly

Our server holds your IP address for a few minutes to stop one machine flooding the form, and your email for an hour to stop duplicates.

Why
Rate limiting. Without it the form is a spam relay.
Where it goes
Held in memory and cleared on restart. Our host’s ordinary server logs also record IP addresses, and our analytics is set to discard them.

There is no other collection. This site has no account, no login and no database of its own — the only way your details reach us is a form you chose to fill in.

Who else handles it

Four companies, each doing one job on our instructions and none of them free to use your details for their own purposes.

  • Our hosting providerServes every page from the United States and keeps ordinary server logs. Named on request.
  • PostHogProduct analytics and session replay. Only when you have not opted out.
  • SlackWhere a submitted form arrives so a person can answer it.
  • Cal.comLoads only if you open the booking page, and only to show a calendar and take a booking.

What this site does not do

  • No advertising or retargeting pixel. There is no Google Ads tag, no Meta pixel and no tag manager on this site.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
  • No profile is built about you across other websites, because nothing here follows you to them.
  • Fonts are served from this site, not from Google, so loading a page tells no font provider you were here.
  • No newsletter, no drip sequence, no list you were added to for filling in a form. One person replies.

Cookies and what is kept in your browser

This site sets no advertising cookies. What it keeps in your browser is small and stays there: the light or dark theme you chose, and the analytics setting from the panel above. If you leave analytics on, PostHog sets its own cookie to recognise the same browser between visits. Clearing your site data removes all of it, and the site works the same afterwards.

Your rights, and how to use them

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — including the Slack message a form created and anything analytics recorded. Write to hello@spacetil.com and we will answer within thirty days. You do not need an account, a form, or a reason, and asking costs you nothing and changes nothing else.

We honour Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends that signal, we treat it as an opt-out from the first page you open, without you having to find the switch above.

If you are already a Kite customer

This page is about the website. The books, documents and bank data inside the Kite product are covered by your customer agreement and the data protection terms attached to it, which say who may see your data, where it is held, and what happens to it when you leave. Ask hello@spacetil.com for the current list of the companies we use to run the service, and it will be sent to you.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly start collecting something this page says we do not — if that day comes, the page says so before it happens.
